All Sales Are Final — With Important Exceptions

All ReStore items are used or donated goods sold as-is. We price items to reflect their condition, and all photos and descriptions on our site represent the item to the best of our ability. We strongly encourage you to review all listing photos and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Pickup Orders

All purchases are available for local pickup only at our Bentonville location. Because you have the opportunity to inspect your item in person at the time of pickup, all sales are considered final once an item leaves our store. Returns and Refunds are only offered at the time of pickup. 

Possible Options for Items Misdescribed

• An exchange for an item of equal value
• A store credit
• A partial or full refund

We are not able to accept returns due to change of mind, fit, or preference.
